As you know we recently sold our cafe bar in Wanaka after 10 very happy years.  We bought two points of sale off you in 2010 and have run the Idealpos system through them ever since, networked to various printers.  There have been so many occasions when you and your competent support team have helped us through difficult times. Even on public holidays. You pick up the phone every time have always been there to support us.  Your pre-emptive maintenance and regular routine call-ins are also gold and your advice has been spot on every time without having any up-selling agenda.  

Idealpos itself is powerful and reliable.  It has never crashed. It has allowed us to run a very successful loyalty scheme, make POS amendments remotely and provides useful sales reports on our chosen parameters. It was a valuable asset which the new owner found attractive.

We were slow learners when it came to EFTPOS machines.  We hired them for years through the biggest nationwide companies and in return received big bills, hideous service and help-lines which were less than useless.  Not so since we swapped to hiring EFTPOS machines through Otago Business Equipment. You were even able to provide and install mobile machines for short term hire to satisfy the additional requirements of "covid level 2". These were a game changer.
