We are relaxed in nature but bring our A-game in expertise and professionalism to the field. We're often known as 'those friendly guys that know their stuff and get things done'.
OBE has a long and strong history. Established in Dunedin, in the 1970s, selling typewriters, calculators and “bricks” to Otago residents, OBE was taken over in the 1990s and moved into cash registers, computers and early model EFTPOS terminals. Current Owner / Operator Marty Hughes, bought OBE in 2003 and went on to open a second branch in Queenstown.
OBE are proud to have established a reputation as Otago's first choice for Eftpos, Point of Sale (POS) & Managed IT Support & Services.
