Recent government announcements have caused significant impacts on the business operation of you all.
These are very challenging times but our greatest priority right now is OBE’s commitment to the health and safety of all our team members and you, our valued customers.

Support

It is essential that all our customers have their Eftpos, Point of Sale and IT systems operating when and where required and that we can provide 24/7 support when issues occur.
To ensure OBE’s quick response we can remote into your POS and computers using TeamViewer and the majority of issues can be remedied in this way. In most cases Team Viewer will already be setup on your system, if not, to enable OBE to support you it is essential that your key staff know how to use and access TeamViewer to allow us to login into your system. Please ensure that there is always a staff member available who has this information. We would welcome your call should you need help setting TeamViewer in place.
Additionally, we can also remotely check your Eftpos for transactional history, terminal management records and network status with the vast majority of issues fixed over the phone.
There will be times when hardware fails, and replacements are necessary. These can be done by courier swap out or getting a technician on-site if necessary.

Health and Safety

All OBE team members will adhere to rigorous hygiene procedures when handling all equipment both on and off site. We will disinfect and sanitise all equipment and wear disposable gloves where required.
