New Arrival Notification
Transcriptionists can be notified by sound and/or pop up dialogues when new dictation is received via the network, e-mail or FTP.

Auto Receive Dictation
Customise the software to automatically check for arrival of new dictation by email. The check can be performed in the background so as not to interrupt the transcription process.

Folders
Within the Download tray there are 7 folders; each folder can be renamed and set with their own path (location on the network). Each folder’s contents can be viewed individually or as a combined view i.e. view contents of all folders together. The flexibility and customisation of the folder structure can provide restricted access and/or shared access between one or several users.

Foot Control
Model RS28 foot control is supplied as part of the kit. This is a 3 function foot control (Stop-Start, Rewind, FForward) and includes connection for both serial and USB. Note the pedal layout of the foot control can be customised to the users preference.
